Programs That Turn Learning Into Experience
ENCOUNTERS is an educational and cultural exchange program. We place students in real homes, with host families who welcome them into daily life. We create programs where students engage in meaningful relationships with peers, practice English through natural conversation, and experience leadership development in a supportive environment.
We provide immersive opportunities that combine language growth, cultural exploration, personal mentoring, and hands-on experiences such as sports, service, arts, and community life. Each program is designed not just to “visit” a country but to live it—to discover new perspectives, grow in confidence, and find purpose in a global context.
ENCOUNTERS programs are not just trips, we offer immersive and transformative
experiences that challenge, inspire, and equip students to mature and flourish.

• We are not an ESL program or camp focused on classroom instruction.
• We are not a tourist company or travel agency.
• We are not a J1 nor F1 visa program.
